  20. Yes there is!  I haven`t used it myself, yet, though.  It can en/de-coding by 
  21. shell + by a GUI.  No idea where it is on the Aminet - BUT, you can always use 
  22. the search facility built into some of the Aminet sites (eg. German site).  
  23. How do you find other sites?  There's a option on the main menu to go to other 
  24. sites!  I recommend the German one (with full mirror), as this is resonably 
  25. fast from the UK.  And if you don`t know any Aminet site at all - search for 
  26. "Aminet" using something like Lycos, etc... :)

  28. Other than using the Aminet search, you could use your common sense and look 
  29. in the Comms directory branch ...
